According to the bike computer (which kept milage to within 2 or 3% of
the markers throughout the whole trip), I rode 52 miles. I ran into
lots of nice folks on the trail, including a man originally from
Dallas with whom I swapped restaurant information; both of us miss the
beef bbq and Tex-Mex so easily found in Texas. He's pictured fixing a
flat on his road bike.
The ride back wasn't bad, but I finished as it was getting quite dark
and only saw one other person for the last 8 miles.
